Reactualización del inventario de las plantaciones forestales 1963-1966
Resumen
El presente trabajo resume los resultados obtenidos en el reconocimiento de las plantaciones forestales efectuado a partir del año 1963 en todas las provincias del país y que vienen a complementar lo ya establecido por el Instituto Forestal en años anteriores.
Se hizo necesario actualizar la información por especie y por provincia respecto a las plantaciones efectuadas a partir del año 1963 y en especial durante 1966, que representa el mayor esfuerzo en reforestación en el país. De esta forma se reunieron los antecedentes necesarios para abordar cualquier programa futuro de utilización de plantaciones forestales .
